Return
Items purchased from Liora Craft are eligible for return, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return request is verified by our support team reverse pickup will be initiated from our end and once they are picked up, the refund will be provided.
150 INR logistic charges will be deducted as a part of refund process.
Return & Refund Process
- To return an item please raise a request at https://lioracraft.com/apps/return_prime.
- with a clear photo or a video that shows the product’s defects. Once the return is approved your order will be picked up within 4 -5 working days.
- For Prepaid Orders: Your entire amount will be promptly refunded to your original payment mode, whether it's your bank account or credit card or any other mode of payment.
- Cash On Delivery : A refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising a return.
- A refund will be initiated as soon as the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection. It should take place within the following 5-7 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the my account page in menu bar or contacting customer support.
Orders can't be cancelled once its shipped, if the product is eligible for return, you can return the same in accordance to our policy.
